A founding director of Ballymore Properties UK, he went on to set up West Properties in 2002. In 2015 he established Rockwell Residential UK, where he is now developing a range of exciting new schemes in London.
He has 25 years of experience in real estate development and has led the creation of a multitude of schemes with a combined gross development value of £4bn. He has established a reputation for innovation in every aspect of the development process.
The result of his exemplary commitment to quality is a series of award-winning buildings, including landmarks such as Skyline Central and Lumière in Manchester and more recently Enderby Wharf. Earlier on in his career with Ballymore Properties he led the transformation and construction of the Beaux Art Building, Dundee Wharf, St John’s Westminster, Millennium Harbour and New Providence Wharf in London. In all 3.5 million sq ft of UK hotel, residential and commercial property already bears the hallmarks of his consummate attention to detail and dedication to quality construction. That figure is set to increase significantly as Rockwell continues to grow and will soon launch some exciting new developments in London.
